3. Location and Activity Tracking
TruthRadeo uses location data to provide you with a real-time, area-based audio discovery experience. By using the Services, you consent to our collection and use of your location, audio activity, and interactions as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
You can control or disable location access in your device settings, though certain features may be limited.
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of any original content (e.g., voice recordings, music, commentary) you upload or stream via TruthRadeo. However, by submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:
Display, stream, distribute, and promote your content on our platform.
Use excerpts or clips for marketing, editorial, or platform-related purposes.
We do not claim ownership of your intellectual property. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on others’ rights.
5. User Conduct & Community Guidelines
We believe in amplifying real voices with respect and integrity. By using TruthRadeo, you agree to follow our Community Guidelines and:
Respect local laws and cultural standards.
Avoid spamming or manipulating location signals.
Report inappropriate content or abuse.
Failure to follow these expectations may result in account suspension or removal.
6. Monetization & Creator Tools
If you use features like TruthVoice™, GeoTokens™, or GeoBoost™ to monetize your presence or promote content, you agree to:
Follow all applicable tax and reporting laws.
Not abuse the system through fake engagement or manipulation.
Respect any payout thresholds, timelines, or verification requirements.
Specific creator and monetization terms may apply. We’ll make these available where relevant.
7. Intellectual Property
All logos, product names (e.g., TruthMap™, GeoSystem™, GeoBar™), and platform design elements are the property of TruthRadeo or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our brand assets without written permission.
8. Account Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We also reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that:
Violate these Terms or our policies,
Are inactive for extended periods, or
Pose security or legal risks.
Upon termination, your data may be retained for a limited time for legal and operational purposes.
9. Changes to These Terms
